At Nitecore Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance apparel and gear. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
